All sales are final. Because our products are personal care and beauty items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose your products carefully before purchasing.
Missing items
If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at tyzbeauty@yahoo.com with your order number and details of what's missing. We'll review it and make it right.
Non-returnable items
All personal care and beauty products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? You can collect your order at Dura Divas Beauty Lounge.
- Orders are ready for pickup the next business day — we do not offer same-day pickup.
- We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
- Pickups must be made during salon hours:
