Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your shipping label is created.
Shipping options & delivery times
Delivery times are estimated from the date your shipping label is created:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their handling and any delays outside our control.
Free standard shipping for orders above $75.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? You can collect your order at Dura Divas Beauty Lounge.
- Orders are ready for pickup the next business day — we do not offer same-day pickup.
- We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
- Pickups must be made during salon hours: Tue-Sun 11am to 5pm EST.
- Location: 1914 Cross Bronx Expy, Bronx, New York 10472
Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID when picking up.
